At conferences the breakouts and roundtables are often the most valuable part of the day. Participants talk freely, experiences are shared and ideas emerge. For organisers they are also the least visible: you cannot be in twenty rooms or at thirty tables at once. Afterwards you are left with a few scattered impressions from table chairs. EchoSphere captures every table and gives you one overview of everything that was said.
Scale up without extra note-takers
Every table only needs a phone that scans the QR code. That can be the table chair's phone or a device the organisers put out. There is no app and no participant account. So for the setup it makes little difference whether you have ten or forty tables. For large events you can also request on-site technical support.
A closing plenary that is accurate
During the breakouts the organisers or host follow the live dashboard: sentiment per table and themes that keep coming back. Just before the closing plenary you ask for similarities and differences between tables, or a summary per round. The host can then name concretely what was alive in the room. You can share the slide deck with participants, speakers or sponsors right after the conference.

EchoSphere uses credits: one credit is one table in one round. You know in advance exactly what a conference costs. Above fifty credits we quote a custom price, and for recurring events or large conferences we can also agree on per-event pricing.

How many tables can run at once?
There is no fixed limit on the number of tables. For events above fifty credits we are happy to make a plan and a custom price together.
Does it work in a noisy conference hall?
Yes, if the phone lies in the middle of the table and tables are not too close together. Our knowledge base has tips for noisy venues.
Can you support on site?
Yes, on request we provide moderators and technical support on site. Mention it in the demo form.
Do participants need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser. Only the phone per table scans a QR code.
