Every table sees its own input
On the phone at the table participants see live what is captured from their conversation. That makes visible that someone is listening and gives residents the chance to check whether their point came across. Afterwards you can share the slide deck with summaries by link, for example with all participants or on the municipality's project page.
A report you can account for
In participation you want to be able to show how you arrived at a summary. EchoSphere keeps the full transcript per table next to the summaries. You see per table which concerns and ideas came up, where tables agreed and where opinions diverged. Sentiment per table helps you see where sensitivities lie, without one loud voice setting the picture.
Low threshold for residents
Residents install nothing and create no account. One phone per table is enough, and it can belong to a table facilitator or the municipality. The moderator has a live dashboard on a laptop, so you can adjust during the evening and name in the closing what you heard.

Frequently asked questions
Do residents see what is captured at their table?
Yes. The phone at the table shows the text of that table's conversation live. They do not see other tables.
What about privacy?
Only the session owner can view recordings, transcripts and summaries. For questions about processing and storage, contact us through the demo form.
Is it suitable for older residents?
Residents operate nothing themselves. They just talk at the table, and the table facilitator's phone does the rest.
What does a participation evening cost?
Ten tables and two rounds are 20 credits. Between 6 and 20 credits that is €39 per credit, so €780 excl. VAT.
