A World Café produces a lot in a short time: eight, ten or twenty tables talking at once, participants who switch tables after every round and a table host who passes the conversation on. Every organiser knows the problem: most of it gets lost. Flip charts are half filled, note-takers cannot sit at every table and the report arrives weeks later. EchoSphere listens at every table, turns the conversation into text and shows you per round what is going on.
Built for rounds and rotating tables
In EchoSphere you create a session with rounds. Each round has its own question and duration. In carousel mode you give every table its own question, as in a classic World Café where the question stays at the table and people rotate. You see per table how the conversation develops over the rounds, and per round how the tables differ. The table host does nothing except put the phone in the middle of the table.
From conversation to report
During the session you follow a live dashboard on your laptop: sentiment per table, recurring themes and signals that stand out. With one click you ask for similarities and differences between tables. Afterwards you have summaries per table, per round and for the whole session, plus a clickable slide deck you share by link. That is your World Café report, without anyone spending evenings typing up notes.
What you gain as a facilitator
You can use the harvest during the session itself. If three tables name the same bottleneck, you can raise it in the closing plenary right away. If a table goes quiet, you walk over. Participants notice their input is taken seriously, because the plenary feedback is about their words and not about the facilitator's summary.

Does EchoSphere work when participants switch tables?
Yes. The phone belongs to the table, not to a person. Participants simply move on and recording continues per table and per round.
Can every table have its own question?
Yes, in carousel mode you set a question per table. In standard mode all tables get the same question per round.
How many credits do I need for a World Café?
Tables times rounds. Eight tables and three rounds are 24 credits. Between 21 and 50 credits you pay €29 per credit, excl. VAT.
Does the table host need to operate anything?
Hardly. The phone scans the QR code once and then lies in the middle of the table. The moderator starts and stops rounds from the laptop.
