Turning AI summaries into executive-ready reports
How to take EchoSphere's raw round summaries and shape them into a one-page brief your executive sponsors will actually read.
An AI summary is a great starting point, not a finished product. The last 20% of editing is what makes it land in the boardroom.
Lead with the decision, not the process
Executives don't need 'we ran three rounds with twelve tables'. They need 'the room recommends X, with two clear risks'. Move the decision to line one and push the methodology to an appendix.
Keep three direct quotes
EchoSphere captures verbatim participant lines. Pick three short ones that capture the mood - they make a report human and credible.
Visualise sentiment
Use the per-round sentiment chart as the single image on the front page. Trend lines tell a story in a way bullet points never will.
